In Singapore, a country known as the "Garden City," architecture is not merely a living space, but an art form that coexists harmoniously with nature. This is especially true for residences located in quiet villa areas. Today, we'll share the unique architectural design we developed for this landed house project.
Considering Singapore's climate and the homeowner's specific needs for their living environment, our design scheme particularly emphasizes the following aspects: maximizing ventilation to adapt to the tropical climate, ensuring thermal insulation to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, and implementing effective pest control measures to guarantee a high quality of life. At the same time, we are committed to creating a living space that is both beautiful and practical, allowing every homeowner to enjoy the beauty of nature.

1. Rolansini Thermally Broken Aluminum Bi-fold Doors: A Perfect Blend of Transparency and Convenience
In the living room area, a thermally broken aluminum folding door system is extensively used, achieving a near 180° full opening effect. This design not only completely breaks down the visual boundary between the interior and the courtyard but also allows natural wind to flow freely, greatly improving air convection efficiency—especially crucial in Singapore's consistently hot and humid climate.

More importantly, we thoroughly communicated with the homeowner's daily habits during the initial design phase, planning in advance the opening direction of the cornerless folding doors and the installation location of the smart locks to ensure easy access. From blueprints to move-in, we consistently considered things from the homeowner's perspective: how to make the home more comfortable, safer, and closer to nature.

2. High-Transparency 304 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Casement Windows: Insect-Proof Without Obstructing the View
Singapore, located on a tropical coast, experiences high humidity and abundant insects. Ordinary window screens are prone to rust and damage, making them unsuitable for long-term use. Therefore, we have specially selected 304 stainless steel wire mesh with a high light transmittance of 0.4mm. Its precisely controlled aperture effectively blocks insects (including tiny midges) while barely affecting the view or natural light.

Paired with a Rolansini thermally broken window system, heat conduction and UV radiation are significantly reduced, maintaining a cool and comfortable indoor environment even with all-day ventilation during the hot summer months. For homeowners who frequently travel, this system means "worry-free when away from home"—no need to worry about insect intrusion or sacrifice the view.

3. Fully Compliant SS341 Safety Glass Configuration: Safety Starts with the Details
Singapore building codes (such as SS 341:2020) have strict requirements for safety glass in high-rise residential buildings: all fixed glass on the second floor and above, exceeding 1 meter from the ground, must use laminated safety glass. We attach great importance to this, and all projects are equipped with SS341 certified insulated glass and laminated glass combinations as standard, combining energy saving, sound insulation, explosion protection, and fall protection functions.

Furthermore, we can provide complete glass testing reports and compliance certificates for each project, assisting builders in smoothly passing the relevant approval processes of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB), eliminating the risk of rework later, and truly achieving "one-time installation, complete peace of mind."
4. Deep On-Site Involvement: End-to-End Support from Product to Implementation

Unlike traditional suppliers who merely provide products, we insist on visiting construction sites and collaborating face-to-face with builders. We go beyond simply providing products; we inspect workers' installation and resolve on-site issues. Furthermore, we offer optimization suggestions on product compatibility and design for future collaborative projects, aiming to improve overall project quality. This deep collaboration not only enhances the delivery quality of current projects but also lays a foundation of trust for long-term cooperation.
