·Narrow Frame Panoramic Design: Utilizing self-developed narrow frame profiles, the visible surface is compressed to an extremely small size. Combined with 10/12mm ultra-clear tempered glass, the glass area is maximized, creating a borderless visual experience.
·High-End Structure: An inner steel and outer aluminum structure, with a built-in thickened galvanized steel keel (70×25 square tube, wall thickness ≥1.5mm), ensuring both high strength and Class A fire resistance while enabling intelligent interaction within the partition.
·Explicit/Hidden Frame Options: 108# supports both explicit and hidden frame double-glazed structures. The hidden frame version offers a cleaner and more transparent look, suitable for areas emphasizing design, such as reception areas and executive offices.
·45° Frame Assembly: Horizontal and vertical profiles are assembled at a 45° angle, resulting in a modular appearance with a more modern aesthetic and facilitating on-site installation.
·Sealing and Sound Insulation: PVC rigid diagonal strips are used to seal between the glass frame and the glass. Tapping the glass results in no looseness or abnormal noise. The standard sound insulation level Rw ≥ 42dB.
·Built-in blinds: A 25mm aluminum alloy blind can be built into the middle of the double-layer glass, which can be adjusted manually or electrically to achieve flexible switching between privacy and lighting.
1. Standard configuration includes 8-12mm tempered glass; double-glazed safety glass or one-way glass are optional.
