The client wanted to renovate the first floor patio which was originally fully open, cover with folding windows, to maintain the original ventilation and lighting advantages, effectively block the wind and rain, and install screens to prevent mosquitoes from invading the room. This multiple demand for flexibility, safety and comfort put forward higher requirements for our product design and construction coordination.
[Solution]
Based on the personalized needs of customers, we tailored a set of high-performance aluminum folding window systems, ensure that the final effect achieves the expected goal.
1. Accurate measurement and integrated design
We first completed the design of the overall solution based on the site photos provided by the customer and the dimensions of the openings in Area A and Area B. In order to ensure visual unity and ease of use, we set the height of bi fold windows on both sides to be consistent, and adopted an 8-leaf linkage folding design in the widest area, opening the left and right separately to achieve the maximum area of ventilation and transparent vision.
2. Thickened profile design, stable and smoother push and pull
The leaf width is only 44.5mm, and frame occupies 120mm of wall space, which greatly reduces visual obstruction and makes the overall space more transparent and open.
The track is made of high-strength 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 3.0mm, and is equipped with a three-pulley anti-sway structure design, which makes the window sash run more smoothly, even in heavy rain or hurricane weather, it can remain stable and reliable, and the push and pull process is smooth and unstuck.
3. High-performance configuration, taking safety into consideration
This project uses insulating glass filled with argon gas, which not only has good thermal insulation performance, but also can significantly reduce external noise interference and improve living comfort.
The door leaves are wrapped with high-quality sealing strips around the edges and corners, which not only enhances the overall sealing, but also avoids the safety hazards caused by metal corners. The gap between the door leaves is designed as an anti-pinch structure to ensure the safety of family members, especially children.
In terms of hardware, we use anti-oxidation handles from HOPO, they are durable,easier and smoother to open and close. It is particularly worth mentioning that the handle also has a child lock device, which can effectively prevent children from misoperating and further improve home safety.
4. Fully pre-assembled delivery, reducing installation difficulty and cost
In order to save customers' on-site installation time and labor costs, we have pre-assembled the glass in the factory. After receiving the goods, customers can install them directly without gluing.
At the same time, we provide detailed installation guidance services, including drawing instructions and video demonstrations, to help customers complete the installation process smoothly, ensuring that every window can be accurately placed and perform at its best.
