Selecting aluminum profiles

First, high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum profiles are carefully selected. The color of the aluminum will also be powder-coated in the aluminum factory according to the customer's customized requirements.These profiles are the backbone of aluminum window and door, ensuring strength and longevity.

Gear threading

Next, the screened aluminum is geared to open the teeth, then threaded through the strips to compound,finally treated with rolling machine. It increases the friction between the insulation strip and the profile.After the strip-type aluminum alloy insulation profile is installed, it will be sampled. According to the national standard (GB/T 8478-2008), the longitudinal shear characteristic value requirement of the strip-type aluminum alloy insulation profile is ≥24N/mm, while our requirement is ≥48N/mm, which is far higher than the national standard. This indicator is directly related to the structural stability and energy-saving performance of doors and windows. If the shear resistance is insufficient, the insulation strip may fall off or the profile may deform, affecting the air tightness, water tightness and insulation performance of doors and windows.

CNC cuting

Then, precise cutting takes place. Advanced machinery cuts the profiles to exact measurements, laying the foundation for a perfect fit.Fully automatic machining center with precision up to microns.There is a mounting hole every 40-50cm, and the standard installation process enhances the safety of using the aluminum windows and doors.

CNC punching and milling

Next is the punching and milling stage. Holes and grooves are made with great accuracy to accommodate hinges, locks, and other hardware, which is crucial for the functionality of aluminum window and door. After that, the profiles undergo surface treatment. This not only enhances their appearance but also provides protection against corrosion, making aluminum window and door suitable for various environments.

Assembling&Gluing

Assembly is the next key step. Skilled workers put together the cut and treated profiles, ensuring each part fits tightly. Glass installation follows, with different types of glass chosen based on insulation, soundproofing, and safety needs, adding to the performance of aluminum window and door.

After the aluminum alloy doors and windows are assembled, the workers move the doors, windows and glass that need to be glued to the workbench, select the appropriate sealant, load the sealant into the caulking gun, and start applying the sealant. With steady hands, they move the caulking gun along the edge of the joint between the glass and the aluminum frame, applying a continuous and even sealant strip. After application, let it stand to allow the sealant to solidify.

Inspected

Rigorous quality checks are carried out. Every aluminum window and door is inspected for dimensions, functionality, and appearance to meet the highest standards.For example, check whether the folding door can be opened and closed normally, and whether there is any dimensional deviation in the door leaf.

Packing

We will process it according to the customer's installation requirements. For example, we can install the window on Timber Reveal.
