Trust is built on open communication. At the project's inception, the client learned about our brand and services in Saudi Arabia through TK and specifically flew to China. We personally picked them up and took them to our factory and showroom for an on-site inspection.

In the sample display area, we showcased the "inner workings" of our doors and windows without reservation: from the robust profile thickness and high-quality thermal break strips to the multi-layered sealing structure and corner sealing, every detail was meticulously crafted. The high-precision aluminum profiles had an extremely smooth surface, without any dents or graininess; a touch of silkiness and fluidity was felt as if running your finger over it, and a delicate metallic sheen shimmered in the interplay of light and shadow.

At the showroom, we not only showcased a full range of hardware accessories from German and excellent domestic brands, but also allowed customers to intuitively experience the safety ingenuity hidden in the smallest details through hands-on demonstrations: for example, we thoughtfully designed rest blocks at the opening sashes to effectively cushion the weight of the window sash and reduce hardware wear; outward-opening windows come standard with high-strength anti-fall chains, adding a final line of defense for high-rise safety; the multi-point locking design ensures a tight fit between the window sash and frame, not only resisting wind pressure and prying, but also significantly improving the overall sealing and sound insulation performance of the window; in addition, the frame corners are specially equipped with safety silicone rounded corner protectors, completely avoiding the risk of bumps and knocks during daily walks. It is these seemingly insignificant details, yet thoughtfully designed for daily life, that perfectly interpret the superior performance of doors and windows in terms of durability and ultimate safety with a substantial sense of quality.

Ultimate heat insulation, balancing light and shadow with comfort  

Faced with the intense sunlight of the Middle East, heat insulation is of paramount importance. We tailored a glass upgrade solution for our client: a combination of 6mm high-transparency double-silver Low-E glass and grey glass. This configuration not only effectively reflects infrared heat radiation for ultimate heat insulation【It can reach U factor:1.2 W/(m²·K),SHGC  0.30,VT 45% 】, but more importantly, it perfectly preserves the amount of natural light entering the room, keeping the space cool yet bright and transparent.

Furthermore, to meet the client's desire for expansive views, we selected a 120mm thermally broken, 3.0mm thick curtain wall system, successfully achieving a 7-meter-high ultra-large glass curtain wall effect, bringing the outdoor scenery indoors without reservation.
